If it's a DB connector you can buy a pin removal tool from Radio Shack for a few bucks.
Make a tool
These are the Wing Connectors that use a square floating blade type of contact.
I use a strip of thin aluminum sheet, folded it in half lengthwise and shaped the ends so they would enter the connector body along both sides of a contact. It looks like a tweezers with long skinny tips. After some trial and error the thing worked.

I just used a very small small flat head electronics screwdriver, pressed down on the top of the blade and simultaneously pulled on the wire.
The good news is despite removing my wings and reinstalling the wings 10x now for some small issues (I saved the flaperons till last), all the connectors worked great - no problems with stall, or any of the lights.
