Baffling question

Should there be some sort of seal around the upper motor mounts where they protrude through the rear baffle plates?

You will want to seal those up. I just made up some light weight fiberglass cups with a flange to go over them. A little silicone sealant to make them air tight against the baffling and three 8-32 screws in nut plates I attached to the baffling on each cup to make sure they don't go anywhere. I think there may be a vendor for them?

I simply made some fiberglass covers. They don't look as nice as Geoff's but they cheap and do the job.

Sika flex works too!
