Default Ho Chunk

The Ho Chunk casino is located near the north end of the airport. You could literally land in the parking lot if it were not fenced in. The casino will be glad to run a courtesy car for you. Or you can walk the 1/2 3/4 mile walk along the road to the casino. Food has been good when we have eaten there for breakfast and lunch.

Enjoy your trip.
Tony

Default The Dells

The Wisconsin Dells is loaded with resorts and touristy stuff. They call themselves the water park capital. If you can swing a courtesy car there are dozens of food choices within a 10 minute drive of the airport.

Default Resturants

Like Tony said Ho Chunk casino about 3/4 mile from KDLL. Walk or casino shuttle. In the RV you have only a short flight to KLNR Tri-County Regional (Lone Rock) with a caf' on the field. Also have Dane County Regional (Madison) KMSN with a restaurant on the field in the Wisconsin Aviation GA Terminal. Check serving hours before you go. I think at MSN they serve breakfast and lunch only. Wisconsin Aviation also has no ramp fees and a courtesy car may be available. No ramp fees at Lone Rock or the Dells either.

Default lonerock

Lonerock is breakfast & lunch only. Reedsburg, just west of baraboo, has food within walking distance too, but I haven't been there for few years.

Definitely Lone Rock. Not a fancy place by any means, but good home made food at a good price.

Southwestern Wisconsin has some of the most spectacular aerial views. Especially in the summer.
