Website Private Messages

Not sure whats going on but I have 5 messages and the website is saying I am 94% full. It says I have 44 messages stored but not sure what that means.!

Tim check Sent Messages folder. 39 should sit there.

You also need to remove messages in your deleted items folder. Just because you deleted them does not mean they are gone. They are sitting in a "deleted items folder" that also takes up storage space. Think of it more like a trash can. You threw the messages away in the trash can but no one has taken the trash out yet so they are still sitting there in that trash can (taking up space).

Isn't that why your wife is always on you for not taking out the trash?

I am not the most computer savvy but that sure seems like a strange way to do things. Who would have ever thought the sent folder would need to be empty? Go figure
