36-07 step 2

I'm pretty visual person and having a little bit of trouble of visualizing the instructions regarding applying the floxed epoxy "to create a recess... but not capture the brackets." Could someone send me a picture of your wheel fairings showing the end result of this step? If you don't want to go through the trouble of posting on VAF, feel free to email to me directly.

I just did this last week, and did not take any photos! All they are trying to say is to make the blob conform to the bracket and the fairing since they are not perfectly matched.
You want to displace most of the blob, but the caution is against getting the bracket embedded in the blob since you would be unable to get it out easily.
