Gust lock
Tie down rings and ratchets (ground anchors when necessary)
Oil
Funnel
Toilet paper
Water & snacks
Battery charger
Spare tube
Batteries
Foil tape
Flashlight
Compass
First aid / small survival kit

Plexus
Rags
Winter clothing - as needed
Cowl blanket - as needed
Screwdiver(s), a few wrenches, ratchets, sockets, crescent, pliers
Zip ties
Assorted bolts, nuts, screws, washers, cotter pins.

Most of this partially fills a couple bison mountain bags. Come to think of it; never used anything except the top four items, i must not be flying enough.

Replace toilet paper with baby wipes.
Use them for cleaning up after other things too like oil top ups and bugs on leading edges.
Scary how good they are for that.

A few more items:

gloves
pitot tube cover
tow bar
safety wire and tool
duct tape

Spare fuses
One of those V-belts made from links (in case of alternator belt failure)
Variety of electrical connectors (Fast-ons, ring terminals, ...)
Spark plug socket, spare plug
