RV-6 Ferry Pilot needed in Eastern Ohio

My RV-6 is located at Herron Airport (7G1) in the panhandle of West Virginia and I need to have it moved 13NM to Jefferson County Airpark (2G2) just west of Steubenville Ohio. The plane had a prop strike in 2011 and has not been flown since the engine rebuild completed in 2013. The engine has been run occasionally, but only on the ground since the rebuild.
