Pro tip: People with peanut allergies can eat things cooked in peanut oil. The processing into oil removes the allergen. Of course my wife is the only data point for that but that's the literature we found.

Matt was my CFII two years ago...a fine pilot, good friend, and quite articulate and funny. Glad you got him on the VAFCast, Doug.

Great being welcomed into the RV culture. I am so lucky to be able to enjoy such a neat group of people and of course a wonderfully designed aircraft.
