Where to Camp for Oregon Beaches

Besides Nehalem Bay, what Oregon airports along the coast allow camping? Doesn't have to be right on the coast, either. Tillimook, Astoria, and such come to mind. Did Pacific City years ago, but the camping area has been altered.

....has camping areas. You can walk across the highway for lunch at the Side door cafe and a short walk from there to the beach
 
I am sure you could camp at Astoria or Tillamook but there are no facilities or any redeeming qualities at either.

Yes, nice strip. We ate from our camping packs that day. But take 8th street that parallels the runway, south a few blocks, two reastraunts on the way to the lake. Lodge hotel there on the lake too.
We should try them out some time soon.
