Van's Builder Tech Support position at the Mothership
We at Van's are looking for an awesome person to join our builder technical support team in Oregon. Got what it takes? Interested? Want to come work with others who also geek out on this RV airplane stuff? These positions don't become available very often. Here's the info!
Van's Aircraft is recruiting a Customer Technical Support Representative to work at our factory office in Aurora, Oregon. This is a front-office position. You’ll work with our customers online and on the phone, as well as with co-workers at our factory location.https://www.vansaircraft.com/careers/
A strong candidate will have RV-building experience as well as customer relationship management skills and experience. Also required are strong verbal and written communication skills, business computer experience (MS Office, CRM tools and ERP tools such as Syspro) and a patient, positive, problem-solver personality. Based on your daily work, you’ll help determine how we communicate with our broader customer base, especially as related to technical topics. The ideal candidate will have built, finished and flown one or more RVs, although builders of less-desirable airplanes will also be considered. Over time, duties for an experienced RV pilot working in this role may grow to include customer demonstration flights and representing Van's at airshows.
Compensation includes salary, health benefits, 401K and participation in Van's Employee Stock Ownership Plan.
If you’d like to work for the best kit aircraft manufacturer in the world, email a copy of your resume with a cover letter and tell us why you’re the best person for the job. Send your resume to: email@example.com.
