Hi guys,
Definitely not RV-related as my RV-12 emp kit is definitely pristine - it's my car... but I figured the principe is the same.
Long story short, I had a steel hitch bolted to my aluminium body and it created galvanic corrosion. The hitch is getting sandblasted and powdercoated this week but there is some pitting on the back of my body. Nothing stuctural, it's the back of my trunk's tub.
I still want to clean and paint if possible, so looking for tips. I have the usual assortments of RV building tools including etching primer, acid etch, epoxy primer, etc etc.
