Unless I am mistaken that is the same weekend as the Petit Jean flyin.
But I have been wrong before :)
It may or may not be a factor.

Just confirmed I can attend this year. I will be making the 12 hour power drive Friday from Phoenix, Arizona for the social. Unless someone from the area is also flying out with an empty seat??? HintHint

An FYI for Russ and others that when I contacted Clarion they had no idea of any $69.00 special rate for this event. I got it at $69 a night but that is because they "honored" the price and manually entered it (which I do appreciate) otherwise it's $89+ a night. So if you call them to reserve a room be aware the two I spoke to and the manager in the office do not know of the special rate. Russ you might want to talk with them again to revisit the special rate for the fly-in. I didn't even ask about the shuttle service so that might need to be revisited as well.
