anybody have the dimensions of these washers? They are used to attach the ailerons and the aileron pushrods. I am not exactly sure which ones they are.

you get lots of hits if you google that number. One of them is:

WASHER 5702-475-48 Z3 .190X.562X.048 WASHER

would the #'s on the right be the dimensions?

Big zinc plated flat washers?

These are important parts. They are larger than the rod ends, so if a rod end bearing actually came apart these washers keep the control linkage from coming completely apart.

I thought that they were the big zinc washers, but wanted to make sure.

I found mine in Bag 1215

I found these washers in Bag 1215 with the aileron attach brackets. There were 4 of them.

You may want to consider replacing those zinc plated Z3 washers wherever they are called for with cadium plated AN 970 washers. The zinc ones will corrode over time.
