work space / table required?

Im expecting QB Fuselage by end of April. Im working in a two car garage and the space is getting tight. My 1st question is;

I have two work benches along the wall each about 2 feet deep and 6 feet long they will remain. Can i get rid of the large work bench 4' x 8' that i have been using for all big assemblies? Will it still be required as i move on to the fuse? or after? (empenage is completed).

what is required for the building of the QB fuselage. Ive seen some on saw horses and some on a rotisserie?

Lastly does anyone have a pre wing close-up checklist?

My slow build -7 project was built in ~20' x 22' space, minus ~5' x 6' space for a bathroom. All components except the canopy were stored in the same space. Wings overhead strapped to the ceiling joists and the tail on shelving. All the rest of the parts on shelving also.

I riveted the bottom wing skins with the wing lying on a 4' x 5' table. It's useful to be able to move around the wing as you work.
