Tie Down Bracket

I'm working on aft fuselage and step 1 of the instructions on page 10-07 state "Dimple the #30 holes in the web of the F-01412A and F-01412B Bulkheads ..." except for the ones indicated in the line drawing. In step 2, I am to machine countersink the aft side of the F-01412D Tie Down Bracket. I accomplished each task but when I placed the TD bracket on the bulkhead, two #30 dimples on either side of the bracket keep it from laying flat. See arrows on photo. Any idea?

I don't see a photo but perhaps it's the same issue i had posted about here... http://www.vansairforce.com/community/showthread.php?t=167742. I emailed Van's support and they told me to flatten the two dimples. This is an oversight in the plans.

Thanks Ron. I'm not sure why my photo didn't show up but what you're referring to is exactly what I discovered. I will flatten them and continue building. Thanks again! John
