RV6 flap rods and bearings better way?

I feel like I rember reading that a different rod end with a through Bolt and washer was a better set up and that a different Flap push rod was also available.

my rod ends have a little play and I?d like to replace them in the best way possible any thoughts?

i did try the search first, because I thought I remembered a thread on this but can?t seem to find it.
