FreeFlight XPlorer ADSB to AF-5000 EFIS

We have been testing the new FreeFlight XPlorer ADSB receiver in our RV-10 and it works great!

This screen capture shows the local NexRad, METAR and TAF data on the AF-5000 EFIS in the RV-10. We were at 1500ft and it was picking up three ground stations.

When you zoom out on the map it switches to the CONUS NexRad data. You can see the areas of radar coverage in this picture.

It will also work with the AF-3400s, AF-3500s, and AF-4500.

The FreeFlight XPlorer RS-232 version is $795. If you have a Mode S ES Transponder in the plane it will receive traffic and the EFIS will display it.

does it work with the ATS transponder that integrates with the AFS systems?

Trying to determine if the ATS/AFS combo has an weakness over say a 330ES or the dynon transponder combo
