Advanced Flight Systems

Wanted to give Rob Hickman and the entire crew a shout out for once again outstanding customer service. I had to send my 5600 in last year after several years of service. Repairs were made and i paid a reasonable fee as the unit was out of warranty. I had to send the unit back several months ago as was having the same issue. AFS ended up rebuilding the complete unit at their expense. Rob even paid the freight back and forth! AFS sets a high bar for customer satisfaction.

If we're talking about their AoA system here, I second your motion. Aircraft Spruce sold me the Sport AoA without the landing gear option. After several months, AFS sent me both a new unit with the LG option and the pin I needed for the connector. They were great!
