Fuel Tank repair acess covers...where to purchase?

I am about to tackle a fuel tank leak. I saw some cone shaped pre made access covers in the past but have not been able to locate them. Can someone provide the company that handles them. Also, what's best method to cutting a clean hole?

The last time I saw pictures of this, I think it was Vlad that posted. The covers he used were the hub caps that come with the Cleveland wheels and brake set! I came across an extra set I had when we were packing - unfortunately, it will be six months before we unpack those boxes...so you might see if anyone else has a set sitting around.

I have a couple of these wheel dust covers that have been gathering dust for a long time. They measure 6 1/4" diameter. If you want one just PM me your address and I'll toss one in an envelope tomorrow.

I believe you can order them from Vans. Give them a call, they can also provide you with sealed pull type rivets.

Vans has cover plates, closed end rivets, and sealant.
