Iíve had pretty good luck making punches out of tubing. Find a piece about 4Ē long and the same diameter size as the hole you need and sharpen one end of the tube making a bevel on the outside...

If your a big guy and do get a 6, I strongly suggest looking into a ďAlmost a 14Ē mod from AntiSplat Aero. I put one in mine and that extra few inches of seat back travel is truly amazing.
