Thanks for the information. We already have a way to make it work. There are a set of stairs that makes it a little more complicated. Overlapping wings would have been too easy.

Just get a small nail punch and a light hammer to tap the edge of the rivet (inward toward the hole) in a few places. You can then give them a tap to drive them through the hole. Doesn't take much...
