Russ, 13.9v is low for an Odyssey, if I recall correctly they should be charged at about 14.5v. I doubt a PC680 will ever achieve full charge at 13.9v. But I don't know if undercharging will shorten...

My PC680 has been in service for seven years and never had a trickle charger on it. Well...there was the one time a few years ago when I left the master on for ten days.....the battery...
