The fine folks at Aerosport threw in build school as part of the engine purchase. It was a fantastic experience and it gave me confidence knowing how knowledgable the people there are.

I've found that wrapping a patch of 220 or 300...

I've found that wrapping a patch of 220 or 300 grit sandpaper around a much smaller reamer allows for some "sanding" of the internal bore of the rod which is gradual and controlled.
