nose fork treatment

I cleaned with MEK and then primed with a zinc phosphate. Over that I sprayed an enamel from a spray can. I have not flown yet so I do not know ultimate durability yet.

Fiberglass on Sikaflex

Michael,
Just a quick clarification, did you put any primer on the cured sikaflex prior to placing the fiberglass on it or did you apply the fiberglass directly to the cured sikaflex?

I like your panel layout and am thinking about something very similar for my RV9a. Did you add any length to the bottom of your pannel? It looks like amybe an inch +/-.....
