Question

I thought at some point in the past I saw that powder coating was NOT recommended due the curing temperature involved. Am I wrong or has something changed??

At this stage and I agree looks very close to the exhaust pipe. What was your conclusion?? The whole section looks congested especially with the fuel pump drain fitted.

Jeff, I have an old kit and I'm one that had to work between the old and new harnesses. I'm certain that I did not have to enlarge any holes. With the conversion the insulation requirements change....

A snug fit but not tight. However one block about 3/64" thicker than the other which may put things off centre. I don't think this will be an issue but has anyone else encountered this?
