IO-360 with dual P-Mags, now done 400 plus hours...

IO-360 with dual P-Mags, now done 400 plus hours on NGK BR9EIX, which was what Brad suggested. I buy them at O'Reilly's and they price match the best interweb prices.

Change them once a year...

We used the pin setting method as supplied by Sensenich. First attempt was a bit fine, turned the pin round to the other setting and it has been perfect. Now pull 5200 on takeoff which is spot on.

Most Lycomings run high pressure when cold - let it settle for a few minutes after start at 1000 rpm, then a couple of bursts to 1500 and back to idle and it should settle. Ours does it all the time.
