Performance is good, canít tell any difference. Takeoff is short and quick, climbs like a homesick angel. What would cause the the governor max RPM to go out of adjustment? Just ďsettling inĒ?

RV-10 is a straight taper...

Adjust one pushrod endbearing

I just adjusted an elevator control rod end bearing by one and a half turns, gave me adequate clearance and then I rechecked my elevator travel which was perfect.

...that rivet to the spar flanges do not need fluting. They may need to be adjusted to 90* bend to sit flat against the spar flanges, but they do not need fluting.

My field elevation is 436í and my WOT takeoff fuel flows range from 17.9 to 18.4 GPH. Thatís a stock 390 with stock injectors.
