Didn't work. I believe vibration and twisting causes problems for the seal.
That's why I had to do the procedure again...

OAT did not work until just recently.

That picture is identical to the burn through my cowl. When cowl removed imagine my surprise. It didn't touch before the flights.
The fix! opened the hole up more for clearance with the exhaust....

From the looks of it I would think a nylon tie to pull the brake lines together
and a large dollop of red RTV on the offending bolt would protect the lines.
