They have to come off at least once anyway

The wings need to be fit and the rear spar aligned and drilled. Then the bottom flange of fusealage marked and drilled. Then they have to come back off to install nutplates @ the bottom inboard...

I planned on the Trombone system with mufflers for mine for reason of cabin heat. Clint talked me into the 4 pipe, he said it produced plenty of heat and had a lot more clearance for everything.

Do not exceed 100 lbs in baggage compartment.

Pretty sure Van's says not to go over 100 lbs in Baggage compartment regardless of CG. The baggage compartment floor is only designed for 100 lbs.

I found that about 1 gram per inch of surface I was sealing was a good amount to mix up. Always had some extra. So if your in the waste no Proseal camp you could probably back that down to .8 grams...
