Cherrymax

Cherrymax has a full selection of flush structural rivets. I would recommend a call to Van's before changing river selection. Why is there an issue with the standard rivets?

That's a lot to ponder. Sounds like you've got a good grip on mission. 9 or 7 fit pretty well for long trips and off field as long as you...

No. You are correct in the case of the HS SB. I would recommend downloading all the SBs and becoming familiar with them. The elevator SB may not be included. I can't remember.

Why?

I would be concerned about deviating from Vans design. Maybe flush Cherrymax or MK rivets? Ask Vans to be certain.

Keep a sample of each batch as a control. Label it with date and location of use so you can check it without disturbing the parts.
