That's great to hear. I love the pics of the brown leather interior a few posts up, but not crazy about sitting on hot leather. Plus my wife hates it so it is definitely a no go. Sheepskin it is!!

Yeah the top canopy skin is definitely not tight to the side skins. The skin wants to flare out right there. The frame itself looks like it is sitting in a good spot though.

Started the canopy mechanisms. First pic is the release hardware. I'm shortening the release handle to attach to the sub panel like many others do.
