Yup too much money at risk to loose it all.

Unhappy Prop bushings

I have purchased a Sensenich metal prop requiring 7/16 bushings in the flange.

My Lycoming O-320-B2C has 3/8 bushings in the flange.

I agree with the previous poster that the valve cover looks bent at that point. They are a close fit and if the cover is bent it would prevent the screw from going home.

Pretty happy here

I bought the QB fuse and could not be happier it came in good shape.

Saved me hundred or more hours of build and as i am time constrained when building this helped me immensly.

it appears that a section of arm has broken off your cold air duct. I would look that over too and the last rivet is way too close to the end of the acuator.
