Bellcrank to aileron pushrod 14A

Fabricating the aileron pushrods, went to fit the an490-8thp end caps and they fit over the 1/2 ď pushrod tube. The plans show them fitting inside the tube, do I have the wrong size an490- ht8p rod...

Pitot mount location

Hi yank just finishing emp. Kit my bench is standard 33", I'm also 6'3" . Have never had a problem with not enough ceiling height although I have 10' ceiling,building in heated pole building ....

Kevin, I flew the demo plane 2 years ago at osh. I'm 6'4 240 and fit in the 14 with plenty of room. It handles great! The most responsive plane I have ever flow .slowflight has plenty of control....

New builder ? On page 10-22 I riveted theSD-12-BSLF static source rivet and the stem broke off in the rivet can this be drilled out or do I need new rivets? Thanks in advance Dennis.

Talked to joe at vans, sent a new rear spar and doubler with rivets. Spar has no holes drilled for skins. Will reattach in a few weeks then on to tail cone.
