I recall reading that the builder that worked at Gulfstream said they mix up a whole airplane worth and deep freeze it and pull it out to thaw as the job proceeds.

On page 10-13 the tailcone goes up on some sawhorses at least 39 inches high. Then bulkheads and the forward bottom skin go on upside down for backriveting.

I messed up my first set when I put the tip fairings to the ends of the clecoed assemblies to the part where you taper them... and the trailing edge of the fairing wouldn't fit in with the wedge...
