I am guessing you are trying to satisfy insurance if you have 150 RV8 hours. How many hours is insurance requiring and when do you need it? I may know someone but he travels for work.

I bought a core and did the rebuild myself. Spent about the same as buying a mid-time engine, but got 4 new cylinders, a brand new Lycoming cam kit, all new bearings and everything else overhauled...
