dimple nesting

hi Art, another thing to consider, sometimes the DRDT doesn't make as clean a dimple as a simple C-frame tool. Can you borrow a c-frame tool and make some samples?

Hi Scott, this is common on the RV6's. Just remove all sharp edges on the seat back where the belt will rub.

Hi Turbo69bird, RV's with lower HP engines are sensitive to weight. Sounds like you are over Van's recommended Gross weight as loaded. I do notice the difference with another person and full tanks...

Oil leak

Not good! Not trying to be funny but with that much oil leaking shouldn't be hard to find. Looks to be maybe Propeller to crankshaft area which in sealed via a O-ring. Also appears to be a Whirlwind...

Great service from Avery Tools

I had to take the time to give a thanks to Bob Avery of Avery tools for his excellent service. He helped me with replacement parts for a pneumatic tool Iast week.
