The aerosun VX do not require shielded wire. The nav/strobes, I am putting a terminal block under the seats so only one wire (shielded pair) needs to go to the vpx from there.

Your nav lights are probably producing a harmonic of that frequency. Knowing what type of lights they are might help. Shielding of the power wires and proper grounding are essential.
