Personally I think a properlly torqued fastener that is not subject to rotation has zero chance of loosening. Safety wire also will not prevent bolt failure due to overload like someone mentioned....

My only suggestion, do whatever it takes (pay them bonuses) to get the Osh experienced controllers back, IMO much of the havoc last year was due to the controllers at Fisk/tower.

Has to be done using serial port 1, and a switch to go into test mode so usually done on the bench, software only available to dealers currently.

An ESS buss with a second battery as the source is basically a back-up battery system, not an ESS buss as typically thoght of.
