There are some RV's based out of Bowman Field as well as Clark County across the river. Most are owned by UPS pilots or retired UPS pilots. Maybe someone will reply that's based there.

Get a reamer or two

Mark,

You won't need a jig to put the structures together which you cleco together like on your 8 but you will need to ream the holes to final size before riveting together unlike on the 12 and 14....

Curious how to reset through EFIS

I have a GRT Sport EFIS and VPX-Sport. I have the flaps get disabled on occasion and have to reset through the Ethernet Cable and PC. I haven't found where I can reset off the EFIS.

Some failures on the stock one.

People are deciding to upgrade due to others experiencing failures on the stock one. Someone in my EAA Chapter had one fail turning off a runway. Probably replace the one on the 12 we are building.

The state of the electrical system from the VPX does display on one of the engine pages on the GRT Sport. If memory serves me I believe it only displays if the switch is enabled or not.
