I think the main thing here is when you are torqueing to 25 in lbs or near that the click is very subtle as has been said. You should do the bolt in a vise trick with that Harbor Freight TQ wrench...

Drilling the hole

Start drilling at 90° from the shaft, enough to keep the bit from sliding, then hold drill at 45° to finish the hole. Pretty easy to do.

Most likely it's fuel lube on the o-ring. You can clean it off with fuel. If you use fuel lube in the cold weather it is very hard to remove the caps also. I use a little vaseline to lube my.

Cheaper one discountinued

They use to have a cheaper one but it has been discontinued. I bought the last two at our store, when I heard they were being discountined. They are great tools, and make this task so much easier.
