Seat back

I curved the seat back. That was as tremendous improvement for me. I'm about 6'2".

Canyon de Chelly flight

This is a video taken in northern New Mexico and southern Utah. We flew down Canyon de Chelly. I'd never heard of it before this trip, and it is one of the most beautiful canyons ever.

When the wind is really cross I always do 3 point rather than wheel landings. Learned this from experience flying Pitts and Christen Eagles that it is better to get that sea anchor dragging in...

My gear leg fairings are filled with foam which stiffens them a bit. Not as good as wood I'm sure, but good enough for most conditions and lighter/simpler.
