You can put 2 hole saws on the bit / jig at one time. Put them both on which will use the smaller hole saw as a guide for the larger one.

No. We had to fiberglass in the module mount so if there had been any it would have been on us. It did require some trimming to fit but that was expected since the wing tip itself needed trimming.
