Lots of good advice. Have reconsidered leaving the lights on full time even though they are very small .9Ē diameter led. Now Iím planning on-off-on: taxi lights and wig wag or strobe.

When you install the baffle

don't scrimp on the pro seal in the baffle to skin joint. One of my tanks developed a leak when I squeezed the sealant out of the joint on final assembly.

Made a little jig, used Boelube or candle wax. One pass with a well lubed tap and done. Never had any problems.

allowed my 0-320b3b to sag 1/8" on first engine start and in the ensuing 300+ hrs hasn't moved a bit. As for smoothness I haven't noticed any excessive vibration.
