Yep! Think I cut a 3-4" lenght of 1/4" I.D. plastic waterline. Sliced it down the side, "carefully" and pushed it onto the longeron. Secured it with a dab of clear RTV at each end. Done!

Looking for the P/N on some rivets I had used on the last build. Small AN426 flush head like the NAS1097 but has a 3/32" shank. Not the oops rivets! w/ the -4(1/8") shank.

It's obvious by looking at the photo's you have to step up the length of the bolt to accomidate for the thicker install, delrin, washer,....
