Reamer .311

On section 25-02 steps 5, 7, 12, it requires a .311 reamer to make the dimension of the holes just right. but I am struggling to find a .311 reamer to do this. I have a 5/16" (.3125) reamer but I'm uncomfortable making this substitute. Does anyone have any pearls of wisdom on this?

Any machine supply company has reamers in any size you specify. Have you checked with Avery, Cleaveland and others for the .311? Call them.

mscdirect.com, variety of .3115 reamers ranging from $20 to $90. The cheaper ones are fine for a one time use.
