Fitting elevator and rudder hinge bolts can be frustrating! This tool gives you good control of the bolt and the rubber tubing stops paint chips around the edges of the little "window" through which you are working.
To drill the hole through the hemostat it needs to be firmly clamped in the drillpress vice. Start with a center drill and then enlarge the hole through several sizes to .185" (#13). Remember, use a slow speed and some lubricant for stainless steel.
