Paint scheme ideas
Take a look at Scheme Deigners, www.schemedesigners.com. They have several really nice schemes, and the prices seem reasonable. There are other firms doing similar work, but I'm unsure of their website addresses right now. I'm sure others will chime in with links to the proper websites.
Look at other RV's or other airplanes at airports, airshows or fly-ins. Find a scheme or two that you like (like Rosie's beautiful 6A, your favorite warbird or Patty Wagstaff's Extra 330) and do something similar. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, remember. You could also mix and match between schemes and colors you like.
Another place you can look is right at home...don't under estimate your own creative abilities, or those of your spouse, kids or relatives! Get some copies made of the 3-views out of the preview plans, and let your imagination run.
If you're CAD literate, Doug posted CAD copies of the 3-views for all the RV models on the website that someone from Van's (Rian, I think) sent him a year or so ago. I'm sure they're still available somewhere on the site if you want to try that approach. I was able to come up with my future paint scheme using a copy of these CAD files and a few luch-hours worth of time at work (saved me a lot of paper, and got my department head interested in the project too!

One important thing to remember: If you decide to come up with your own scheme, Charlie, be careful about "borrowing" ideas from Scheme Designers or other design houses. Their schemes are copyrighted and cannot be used or copied without their permission.
