It is getting to the time where I have to think about paperwork on my project.

Has anyone registered their plane to a Delaware Corp or put a Corp as the builder?

Can this be done? If so can you still recieve the repairmens cert.

Does Delaware tax corporate a/c?

When I lived in the US as I was not a citizen or resident alien I was not allowed to own a US registered airplane. The way round this was to set up a company in Delaware and put the RV as part of the company. This worked for me during the 3 years or so I operated my plane in the USA. There is no problem with the repairman certificate as I assume you built the plane and this has nothing to do with the company. I think the cost was in the region of $150 per year to set up and maintain the company. There was one minor issue and that was every 6 month I had to declare that the plane had been operated for most of the time in the USA. If you are a US citizen you may not be troubled by this.
