I'm installing a Manifold pressure gauge on my RV-8A and wondering if i can run it off of the primer port on any cylinder or does it have to be on the #3.

Any port in a storm. Doesn't matter.

Yes, #3 is what most people use. You will need to put something in the line to smooth out the pulses. Try using the search feature, there are lots of posts on that topic with many solutions.

If you already have a primer line on #3 then were do you put your MAP line?
