Fuel Pressure sensor

I am using GRT 4000 and my fuel pressure sensor quit working. GRT uses the VDO 30 psi sensor.
Well they are on back order and don't expect any until mid March or later.
I was wondering if there is a replacement unit that would work?
thanks,
Tim

jabarr - I don't think that is the right one. The data sheet that came from GRT with my 0-150 psi sender says "VDO Pressure Sender - Part Number 360 004 for 150 psi sender, 360 003 for 80 psi sender, The case must connect to ground."

The sender at your Summit link is a 30 psi sender and is neither of the model numbers cited by GRT.

I think the correct ones are:

80 psi:

150 psi

I have a couple of auto parts stores near me. I may check to see if they have the 004 model since my pressure sender is not working correctly either.

Tim - I'll let you know if I find a local source.

Tim - I did not find any in the normal parts stores in the DFW area. I'll place an order to Summit tonight if you want to save a little shipping. I can drop the new one off to your hanger when it gets in this week.

If you want to combine orders, send me the pressure rating of the one you want and I'll place the order.

John,
If I'm not mistaken the 30 psi is the correct sensor . The paper work from GRT shows the VDO 360 043 for the carbureted engine.
I couldn't find the sensor local, Jegs, had two in stock, I ordered mine on Friday.
Thanks for the offer.
Tim

My sheet must be different. I'd forgotten your plane is carburated.

I'm going to order the 150 psi version tonight along with a couple of hose fittings I need. Let us know how it all works out.
